DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Poetry Month with us by welcoming Ciona Rouse for our inaugural Poet Showcase event!\n\nA poet\, editor\, and educator\, Rouse is the author of Vantablack\, the first chapbook of Third Man Books (2017). Her poetry has appeared in the journals Oxford American\, Wildness\, Booth\, The Account\, Still\, Talking River\, Gabby Journal\, Matter: a journal of political poetry and commentary and other publications.\n\nThis will be a great event for those who already love poetry ... and those who don't yet. Rouse will be sharing poetry and guiding us on a journey to discover a multitude of ways to read poetry and an appreciation for it in every form.\n\n(The Reading Rock Poetry Club strives to foster a love for classic and contemporary poetry. Meetings are open to anyone who has an interest in the reading\, writing\, and discussing poetry.)
