It will be Saturday\, October 28 starting at 5:00 p.m. with trick or treating until 5:30 and at 5:45 a costume contest and parade in Holland Park.  There will be refreshments for sale there and prizes for best costumes by the Downtown Merchants with a family costume prize donated by Zander's Pizza.
